At Talent Warehouse we value and respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Juan Pablo González Faria, trading as Talent Warehouse, with offices at 11 calle 19-86, Edificio Adamant, zona 15, Guatemala City, Guatemala. For any question about your data you can write to info@talentw.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you give us voluntarily through our contact form: name, email address and the message describing what you need.
If you message us on WhatsApp, either from this site or from one of our ads, we receive your phone number, the name set on your profile, and the content of the messages you send us. Part of that conversation may first be handled by an automated assistant before it reaches someone on our team.
We also collect browsing data automatically through cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. The Meta pixel records actions such as the pages you visit and clicks on our contact buttons, and allows Meta Platforms to measure the performance of our ads and show you related advertising. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data to respond to your requests and enquiries, to send you proposals when you ask for them, and — if you consent — to keep you informed about Talent Warehouse content and services. We also use it in aggregate form to understand how our site is used and improve it.
The data you share with us over WhatsApp is used to understand what you need, prepare a proposal and follow up on it. We do not use it to send you bulk or promotional messages without your express consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by completing our forms or accepting our cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and improving our services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with technology providers that help us operate (for example email, analytics or web hosting platforms), which process the data solely on our instructions. Some of these providers may be located outside your country; in those cases we seek to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
When the conversation happens over WhatsApp, messages pass through the infrastructure of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a Meta group company, subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy. We store the history of those conversations in our own systems for commercial follow-up.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as we have a relationship with you or it is needed for the purposes described, and afterwards for as long as applicable legal obligations require. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it securely.
7. Your rights
Regardless of the law applicable in each country, we commit to guaranteeing you the following rights over your data: to access it, to rectify it, to request its deletion, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you messaged us on WhatsApp, this includes the right to ask us to delete your conversation history. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@talentw.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is completely foolproof, but we work to keep your information safe.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish any change on this same page along with its update date.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle your data, write to info@talentw.com.
